Job PurposeManage daily branch operations, ensure compliance with banking regulations and audit standards, supervise customer service, and maintain operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities• Oversee daily branch operations.• Ensure compliance with bank policies, audit, AML, and KYC requirements.• Authorize and verify customer transactions processed by staff.• Manage branch lobby and customer queues.• Handle cash operations including Foreign Exchange (FX) and Traveller’s Cheques (TCs).• Resolve customer complaints within defined TAT.• Ensure accurate account-opening documentation and compliance.
