| Role Overview | Manage business banking relationships with small and medium-sized enterprises, understand their financial needs and provide suitable working capital and banking solutions while growing portfolio size and profitability. |
| Key Responsibilities | Understand client businesses and provide fund/non-fund based working capital solutions such as Cash Credit, Demand Loans, Buyer’s Credit, LC and BG; work with Branch Banking teams for new customer acquisition; cross-sell Current Accounts, Term Deposits, Transaction Banking and Trade Finance; build relationships with CFOs, promoters and key decision-makers; increase portfolio/book size and profitability; analyze business models, trade activities and cash flows; identify new business opportunities; monitor competitors; strengthen Kotak’s presence in target markets; maintain high-quality customer service; drive process improvements and coordinate with operating teams for customized solutions. |
