Primary ObjectiveAcquire and manage high-value Current Account (CA) customers, increase Business Banking product penetration, and drive revenue through customer acquisition and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities• Achieve branch-level Retail Liabilities Sales targets (value, volume, and productivity).
• Source and onboard high-value Current Account (CA) customers.
• Build family banking relationships with acquired customers.
• Cross-sell third-party products such as insurance and investment solutions.
• Promote Business Banking products including CMS, POS, and Beat services.
• Acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) customers through direct sourcing and acquisition channels.
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Operations, and Product teams for seamless onboarding and servicing.
• Maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
