| Role Overview | Lead and supervise an audit team supporting Germany-based engagements, ensuring quality, SLA compliance, and timely delivery. |
| Team Management | Lead fresh graduates, monitor work, motivate team members, and ensure quality standards and agreed SLAs. |
| Mentoring & Performance | Provide coaching, knowledge sharing, performance reviews, and timely feedback to team members. |
| Audit Responsibilities | Audit complex sections of financial statements according to German statutory requirements and International Standards. |
| Issue Management | Identify missing information and issues, track open items, and ensure timely resolution. |
