| Key Role | Manage and optimize the end-to-end offer generation and onboarding process for new hires |
| Offer Management | Own and manage job offer creation, ensure accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and adherence to SLAs |
| Onboarding Management | Create, track, and manage onboarding checklists and ensure timely completion of onboarding activities |
| HRMS Management | Ensure accurate and timely creation of new employee records in the HRMS |
| Pre-Joining Engagement | Keep candidates informed through regular communication, welcome kits, and onboarding resources |
| Background Verification (BGV) | Manage BGV initiation, follow-ups, coordination, and closure with internal and external stakeholders |
| Day 1 Readiness | Coordinate with IT, facilities, and HR teams to ensure all systems, documentation, and logistics are ready before joining |
| Orientation & Induction | Work with the Learning & Development team to support orientation and induction programs |
| Candidate Support | Act as the primary contact for candidate queries during pre-joining and onboarding stages |
| Reporting & Governance | Maintain dashboards, reports, compliance records, SLA metrics, and provide insights to leadership |
| HR Systems Knowledge | Advanced proficiency in HR systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); SuccessFactors experience is an advantage |
| Communication Skills | Strong written and verbal communication skills |
