| Key Responsibilities | • Validate data accuracy, completeness, and integrity• Develop and execute test strategies for large datasets and pipelines• Validate SSRS/Tableau reports• Write complex SQL queries for data profiling, reconciliation, and validation• Review data transformations, mappings, and business logic• Identify data quality issues and collaborate with engineering/BI teams• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and documentation• Contribute to QA automation for data validation• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote data quality best practices |
| Required Skills & Experience | • 5–7 years in Data/BI/Analytics QA• Strong SQL expertise (advanced querying & analysis)• Hands-on testing experience with data warehouses, ETL pipelines, large datasets• Experience validating SSRS and Tableau reports• Strong understanding of data models, joins, aggregations, transformations• Troubleshooting complex data issues• Excellent verbal and written communication• Experience with QA automation frameworks• Exposure to big data or cloud data solutions• Knowledge of Python or scripting for data validation• Experience in regulated/enterprise environments |
