Role SummaryLead regional strategy, growth, and execution of Fraud & Identity (F&ID) product solutions across LATAM, driving revenue, innovation, and client adoption
Core ObjectiveDevelop and execute business development strategies, drive product adoption, and deliver revenue growth beyond forecasts
Experience Required10+ years in Product Management (banking/fintech), including 4+ years in managerial roles
Domain ExpertiseFraud & Identity, AML, KYC/KYB, Digital Onboarding, Financial Crime
Technology ExposureeKYC, RPA, decision engines, blockchain, web & mobile technologies
Industry KnowledgeStrong understanding of fintech, credit industry, fraud prevention, regulations, and market trends
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct strategy, sales enablement, client engagement, stakeholder management, innovation, revenue growth
LeadershipLead and mentor product & pre-sales teams, drive performance and innovation
Client EngagementConduct workshops, discovery sessions, and build client-centric solutions
Sales SupportSupport RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and pipeline generation
