Role SummaryCustomer service and operations role supporting English and French-speaking banking and business customers via calls and emails, including translation and customer support activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming calls and emails; translate emails and documents; review contracts; identify customer needs; build customer relationships; provide accurate information; meet service targets; handle complaints and resolve issues; maintain customer records; follow communication procedures; update consumer files; engage customers and internal teams.
Language RequirementMust be fluent in both French and English (reading, writing, speaking, translation)
Experience RequiredCustomer support or client service experience preferred; contact center experience is an advantage
Technical SkillsCRM systems; call handling systems; ability to use multiple systems simultaneously
