Primary RoleLead a software engineering team, ensure timely delivery of products, provide technical guidance, mentor engineers, and align engineering execution with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities• Lead a team of 5–10 software engineers.• Own sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery commitments.• Guide architecture and technical design decisions.• Ensure coding standards, scalability, and performance best practices.• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Business teams.• Conduct performance reviews, mentoring, hiring, and onboarding.• Drive Agile delivery, SDLC compliance, and continuous improvement.• Track engineering metrics and improve team productivity.
