Job PurposeLead the design, architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade backend applications using C# and .NET while driving engineering best practices, code quality, scalability, and technical leadership.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and architect backend applications; Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable C# solutions; Apply software design principles and design patterns; Lead technical discussions and mentor development teams; Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD); Write unit tests and test cases; Ensure code quality, testability, usability, and scalability; Evaluate long-term architectural decisions; Collaborate with cross-functional teams; Manage source code using Git/Subversion.
