Key Responsibilities – Relationship Management• Manage and grow banking & investment relationships • Deliver high-quality customer service • Expand wallet share from existing clients
Key Responsibilities – Business Growth• Achieve sales targets across liabilities, assets, forex, cards, etc. • Cross-sell & upsell banking products • Increase CASA balances via acquisition & deepening
Customer Engagement• Regular interaction with clients to maintain portfolio quality • Act as primary point of contact for service & sales satisfaction
Investment Advisory• Analyze customer financial needs • Recommend products like mutual funds, insurance, investments • Generate fee-based income
Compliance Responsibilities• Ensure adherence to KYC, BSA guidelines • Follow regulatory norms (RBI, SEBI, AMFI, IRDA)
