| Role Overview | Work on D365 F&O SCM implementation, enhancement, and support projects, including requirements analysis, configuration, functional documentation, testing, data migration, integrations, and business stakeholder collaboration. |
| Requirement Gathering | Understand business processes, gather stakeholder requirements, conduct workshops, analyze process gaps, and recommend D365 F&O solutions. |
| Product Information Management | Experience with released products, product masters, variants, attributes, categories, units of measure, and product lifecycle management. |
| Inventory Management | Inventory journals, transfer orders, inventory transactions, reservations, on-hand inventory, dimensions, batch/serial tracking, and inventory adjustments. |
| Warehouse Management | Warehouse/location setup, location directives, work templates, mobile device processes, picking, put-away, wave processing, replenishment, cycle counting, and license plate management. |
| Procurement & Sourcing | Purchase requisitions, purchase orders, RFQs, purchase agreements, procurement categories, workflows, and vendor collaboration. |

| Team Leadership | Guide and mentor junior consultants and support task allocation for assigned activities. |
| Project Coordination | Support project planning, estimation, risk management, dependency tracking, and communication of issues to project teams. |

| Preferred Skills | Advanced Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, Production Control, Master Planning/MRP, EDI, third-party integrations, Azure DevOps, and LCS. |
| Legacy ERP Experience | AX 2012 R2/R3 experience is preferred but not mandatory. |
| Industry Experience – Preferred | Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Jewellery, or Distribution. |
