Job Summary:

As part of the Infosys consulting team, you will play a key role in supporting clients in their digital transformation journey. Your responsibilities will include problem definition, effort estimation, solution design, deployment, and process improvement. You will also be involved in requirement gathering, product configuration, diagnosing issues, and suggesting alternative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in various project phases, including problem definition, solution generation, and deployment.
  • Conduct research on alternatives, perform literature surveys, and evaluate vendor solutions.
  • Define business processes and create detailed functional designs based on requirements.
  • Configure solution requirements, diagnose issues, seek clarifications, and propose solutions.
  • Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives for value-driven solutions.
  • Work closely with clients to understand business challenges and provide insights.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends.

Technical & Professional Requirements:

  • Education: MBA, MSc, MTech, BSc, BE, BTech
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) standard configuration and project processes
  • Ability to translate business processes into ORC solutions
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
  • Project implementation experience is a plus

Preferred Skills:

Experience in one or more of the following areas:

1. Oracle Technologies:

  • Oracle eBS Technical (Oracle Apps DBA, Oracle Application Development)
  • Oracle eBS Functional (Oracle Order Management, Financials – GL, AP, AR)
  • Oracle Cloud (Oracle Planning Cloud, Global Human Resources Cloud – Core HR)
  • Oracle Fusion Technology (Fusion Middleware, ODI – Oracle Data Integrator)
  • Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE 12c)
  • Project and Portfolio Management (PPM Architecture, Consultancy)

2. Java (All Levels)

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to deliverables
  • Assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions
  • Demonstrate logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Possess knowledge in one or two industry domains
